Loosely based on an older standard Seiko movement this Chinese "Lexus" brand movement are enjoying great success in the dressy no name watch market. This one appears to be a 17,000bph hacking movement (just a guess, it seems to be beating very slow compared to my other Seikos and Swiss stuff) and also appears to be of excellent quality.
