Windows XP visual style White Luna V2.0

I "borrowed" the start panel transparency idea from OldeCrow, and it is used with his permission. I thank him for his help and for hosting this file.

Known problems: This msstyle will not look right with large fonts. There is a white pixel at the edge of the sceen to the left of the start panel. The control panel menu is approximately 20 pixels right of the start menu.
